Behavioral Assessment Training

Using SIU’s Bat (an acronym for Behavioral Assessment Training) mascot as our point of reference, we chose and refined illustrations that kept up this consistency throughout the course. BAT is designed to train teachers best practices for managing students in a behavioral health-centered context. The primary nature of the bright blues and greens serve as a great foundation for a strong contrasting design, making text legible and easy to digest. I added a fun pattern featuring the brain as a background texture and kept to rounded shapes to help reinforce the playful and inviting tone of the course.
